A liquid ring vacuum pump uses a rotating impeller in an elliptical casing partly filled with sealing liquid (usually water). The moving ring traps gas between blades, compresses and discharges it. It handles wet and corrosive gas streams.

A single-stage unit reaches about 33 mbar abs; two-stage cone types go lower (about 28 mbar abs) and suit condenser and deep-vacuum duties. Exact values depend on model, speed and liquid temperature.

Two-stage pumps reach deeper vacuum and are more efficient at deep-vacuum and condenser duties. Single-stage covers most general duties. We supply both.

Yes — the liquid ring design tolerates liquid carryover and particles. For corrosive gas choose the right casing/impeller material and sealing liquid; tell us the gas and we advise.

2BV is a compact monoblock series (motor and pump on one shaft, about 27–500 m³/h); 2BE is a larger coupled single-stage series (about 80–3200 m³/h) with direct or V-belt drive, used for bigger duties. Both are water/liquid ring types.

A two-stage pump compresses the gas in two steps inside one casing, reaching deeper vacuum (to about 28 mbar) than a single-stage unit. Two-stage cone types (AT/TC, CL, TXV) are best for condensers and deep-vacuum process.

Liquid ring pumps handle wet, dirty and corrosive gas with low maintenance and are standard for paper, sugar, condenser and chemical vacuum. Dry/vane pumps suit clean, dry gases and oil-free duty. Tell us your gas and vacuum and we advise.

Mainly for vacuum filtration on copper/other concentrate dewatering — disc, drum and belt vacuum filters. The pump can take filtrate carryover and is the standard choice in concentrators.

Yes. We supply dimension-compatible equivalents: flange sizes and orientation, foundation bolt pattern and shaft height match the original Nash drawing. The outline drawing is sent with your quotation so you can check before ordering.

Against the original drawing we check flange size and orientation, bolt pattern and shaft height. We send the outline drawing for your confirmation before we quote. If the drawing doesn't match, we don't quote.

Yes. TXV two-stage liquid ring pumps are our brand — we own the specification and quality control.

Yes — our pumps are dimension-compatible with the popular Nash, SIHI and Siemens liquid ring models. Send the original brand and model and we confirm with a drawing.

Cast iron, cast iron with stainless shaft sleeve, stainless steel 304/316 and duplex impeller/casing options, chosen for your process gas and sealing liquid. Mechanical seals are available.

Yes. Pumps and motors are offered for 50 or 60 Hz and for your voltage (e.g. 220/380/440/660 V). Tell us the frequency and voltage — capacity changes with speed, and we quote the correct unit.

Yes — closed-loop (recirculating) and air-cooled units with separator, heat exchanger and work-liquid circulation, for paper, power, chemical and sugar duties.

Yes — casing/impeller in 304, 316 or duplex, and seals chosen for your medium. Tell us the gas and sealing liquid and we advise the material.

Yes — we supply explosion-proof versions (Ex d, ATEX/IECEx compliant units built to order) such as our NEV2 Exd range. Confirm the zone and classification with your order.

Yes — each pump is tested before dispatch and the performance curve and outline drawing are provided with the quotation. Test and material reports can be supplied on request.

Two ways. If you know the duty — how much gas at what suction pressure — use the pump selector on this site: enter capacity in m³/h and the vacuum in mbar abs, and it lists the models whose published capacity covers it, flagging any that are borderline. If you already have a pump and want a replacement, type its model number into the same page and it will find the matching page. Either way the final selection is confirmed by us against your seal-liquid temperature and site conditions before we quote — catalogue capacity and real capacity are not the same number.

The original pump model (brand + type), required flow and vacuum, gas and sealing liquid, frequency/voltage, and quantity. A nameplate photo speeds everything up. If you don't have the model, send flow + vacuum and we select for you.

Yes. Impellers, discs, mechanical seals, shaft sleeves, packing and separators are on our Spare Parts page — OEM through our channel or dimension-equivalent parts, checked against your model.

Yes. Tell us the required flow (m³/h), vacuum (mbar) and what you pump — we recommend the series and model, and send the datasheet.

Our standard quotation is 100% T/T in advance, paid before shipment. That is what the proforma invoice states unless we have agreed something else with you in writing first. Bank charges are on the remitter's side and are not included in the quoted price. For a first order we would rather you start with one machine than commit to a large batch on terms neither side has tested.

EXW Xiamen, China is our default basis — it is the cleanest number to compare against other suppliers because nothing is buried in it. We also quote FOB, CIF, DAP and DDP — DAP and DDP where the buyer wants the freight and import handled for them. Tell us the destination port or the delivery address and which basis you want, and the quotation comes back on that basis.

For the frames we hold or that are in current production, one to two weeks after payment is the normal case. Sizes that are not in stock usually run four to eight weeks. A large machine, a special material or a packaged system can reach three to four months — the casting and the motor drive that, not us. Every quotation carries the actual ship date for your item; treat the ranges here as what to expect, not as a promise on your order.

No. Close to half of the order lines we ship are a single unit, and a single spare part is a normal order too. One pump for one machine is exactly the order we are set up for.

About 30 days — each quotation carries its own validity date. Steel, castings and freight all move, so after that date we re-check the price rather than quietly honour a stale one or quietly change it on you.

Standard warranty is 12 months from dispatch, excluding wear parts and misuse. Export pumps are packed in fumigated wooden crates. Full terms are written in the quotation.

We are a Xiamen-based supplier with our own manufacturing behind the liquid ring ranges: TXV and Mibay are our own brands, with the specification and quality control in our hands, and every unit is tested before dispatch. Factory visits and third-party inspection (SGS, BV or your own inspector) are welcome by prior appointment.

Maintain the correct sealing-liquid level and temperature, keep the separator clean, check seals/packing and shaft alignment, and follow the manual intervals. Wearing parts (seal, impeller, sleeve) are available from us.
