How a dimension-compatible replacement is confirmed
A liquid ring pump does not sit alone: it is bolted to a baseplate, coupled to a motor and connected to suction and discharge piping that was laid out for the original machine. A replacement is only useful if those interfaces match, which is why we work from the original drawing rather than from a catalogue capacity figure alone.
- Send the original model or a nameplate photo. The model code and serial are enough to start; the duty point (capacity, suction pressure, seal-liquid temperature) lets us check performance as well as fit.
- We check the mechanical interface — flange size and orientation, foundation bolt pattern, shaft height and coupling arrangement — against the original outline drawing.
- You receive the equivalent selection with the outline drawing and performance curve before you commit. If the drawing does not match, we say so and do not quote a unit that will not fit.
- Order, test, ship. Units are tested before dispatch and shipped in fumigated wooden export crates with the material certificates for the wetted parts.

What buyers usually ask before ordering
Will the performance match? We quote against your duty point, not just the nominal catalogue figure — capacity at your suction pressure and seal-liquid temperature is what determines whether the process holds vacuum.
What about wear parts later? Impellers, port plates, cones, mechanical seals, packing and bearings are supplied for the machines we deliver; typical replacement intervals are published on our spare parts page.
What if my model is not listed? Send it anyway. The published tables cover the families we stock data for; older or rebadged machines are matched from the nameplate and the drawing.
