SH75 Liquid Ring Compressors

SH75 liquid ring compressor — close-coupled, diskless tapered impeller, 93–127 m³/h maximum suction capacity, ultimate vacuum to 100 mbar abs and maximum discharge 2.0 bar abs. Standard 4 kW at 50 Hz / 6.3 kW at 60 Hz; wetted parts SS304 (CF8) or to your specification. Which end of the capacity range applies to your frequency is confirmed with the quotation — our source table does not split it.

We verify flange size and orientation, foundation bolt pattern and shaft height, then send the equivalent model and outline drawing.

You review the drawing; after confirmation, we prepare the quotation.
What you get with the quotation
Tell us the duty point (capacity, suction pressure, seal-liquid temperature) and we return, normally within one working day:
- Performance curve — capacity against suction pressure at your seal-liquid temperature — not a catalogue figure
- Dimensional outline drawing — flanges, bolt pattern, shaft height, so you can check the fit before ordering
- Material specification — wetted-part materials for your gas and liquid, with certificates on delivery
- Utility figures — seal-liquid flow and motor rating, for sizing the supply and the starter
If the drawing does not match your original, we say so and do not quote.
