What is the TXV range?
TXV is our own brand of two-stage liquid ring vacuum pumps — we own the specification and the quality control. The TXV models with full data in the table run from the TXV140 (145 m³/h, 4 kW, 1,450 rpm, DN40) to the TXV1600 (1,589 m³/h, 45 kW, 975 rpm, DN100), all direct drive and rated to 33 hPa (33 mbar) abs.
Which TXV runs at which speed?
TXV140 to TXV600 run at 1,450 rpm with 4–22 kW motors; TXV800, TXV1200 and TXV1600 run at 975 rpm with 30, 37 and 45 kW. When a TXV is to replace an existing pump, give us the motor speed from your nameplate along with the model; we check flanges, bolt pattern and shaft height against the original drawing and don't quote if it doesn't match.
What port sizes do TXV pumps have?
TXV140 and TXV180 have DN40 ports, TXV300, TXV350 and TXV400 DN50, TXV500 and TXV600 DN65, and TXV800, TXV1200 and TXV1600 DN100. Port size is the quickest first filter when matching a TXV to the pipework of the pump it replaces; the outline drawing sent with the quotation gives the flange positions for the rest of the check.
Which wear parts does a TXV need?
Our parts list for every TXV frame includes the impeller, gland packing or mechanical seal, bearings, shaft sleeve and the gasket and O-ring kits; typical intervals in our parts catalogue are 6–12 months for gland packing, 1–2 years for a mechanical seal, 2–3 years for bearings and 2–5 years for the impeller. Send the model and serial (or a nameplate photo) with the request and we confirm each part against the original drawing.

The quotation follows a drawing-led check before you place an order.
Send the original model
Share the nameplate model and your required duty.
We check the interface
We verify flange size and orientation, foundation bolt pattern and shaft height, then send the equivalent model and outline drawing.
You confirm before quotation
You review the drawing; after confirmation, we prepare the quotation.
What you get with the quotation
Tell us the duty point (capacity, suction pressure, seal-liquid temperature) and we return, normally within one working day:
- Performance curve — capacity against suction pressure at your seal-liquid temperature — not a catalogue figure
- Dimensional outline drawing — flanges, bolt pattern, shaft height, so you can check the fit before ordering
- Material specification — wetted-part materials for your gas and liquid, with certificates on delivery
- Utility figures — seal-liquid flow and motor rating, for sizing the supply and the starter
If the drawing does not match your original, we say so and do not quote.

Send the original model and duty. We will return the equivalent selection, outline drawing and performance curve with the quotation.
